Exposure to weather including sun, rain, snow, wind and humidity are not covered under this warranty. Other areas not covered by the DDI limited one year warranty include mildew, damage caused by abnormal use, exceeding posted weight capacity, improper care during storage, improper maintenance and improper installation. This hammock chair is NOT meant to be used as a swing and any swinging will also void warranty. It is important to inspect your product when you purchase it.
