Shipping Policy


We strive to get your order to you as fast as possible but cannot guarantee delivery time. 

We ship to all states in the United States, excluding California, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed.  Estimated day of arrival is not guaranteed and does not include unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, such as strike, natural disaster, or severe weather.

We do not ship to freight forwarders.

We are currently working on Proposition 65 compliance and have suspended orders to California.  For more information on California Proposition 65 regulations, click here.


Freight Shipments

Items shipped freight are ineligible for return.  Freight shipments must be inspected and signed for in good condition upon delivery.  We cannot guarantee that damaged items can be returned if the shipment was signed for in good condition.  Any damaged freight order will need to be refused for a replacement or refund.

Freight orders that are unable to be delivered on the customers end for any reason other than a damaged order are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be deducted from the return amount.


 

Gift Cards

Free USPS First Class Shipping is offered with the purchase of traditional gift cards.

 


Tracking

You will receive a tracking notification email once your order has shipped.  You may receive several notifications if your order needs to be split in multiple shipments.  Additional shipping fees will not be incurred in this case.

Tracking information will start updating once it is scanned in by the carrier.  Please allow up to 24 hours for this information to update once you have received your email.

 


Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to provide shipping for:

  •          Locations in California or Internationally
  •          Firearms (we do not facilitate FFL or FFL transfers)
  •          Paint
  •          Some Chemicals, Oil & Gas
  •          Age Restricted or State Restricted Items 

 


Shipping Holidays

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.  If you have placed an order after 2pm CST your order will process the following business day.

In addition, packages will not be shipped on the following holidays.

  •          New Years Eve
  •          New Years Day
  •          Memorial Day
  •          Independence Day
  •          Labor Day
  •          Thanksgiving
  •          Christmas Eve
  •          Christmas Day

Items shipped via USPS may be delayed on Federally Observed Holidays.
