1. In a saucepan, with wire whip, blend dry gravy mix into 1 3/4 cups cold or lukewarm water.
2. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 1 minute.
Reheating Directions: Place refrigerated leftover gravy in to a microwave-safe dish and loosely cover. Heat on high for 1-minute intervals, stirring after each minute until thoroughly warmed. If gravy is too think, add water until desired consistency is reached.
