How will I know when my order is ready?

You'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup — usually within 4 hours.

Where do I go when I arrive at the store?

Visit the service desk inside or call the number on your confirmation email for curbside delivery.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Yes — bring a valid photo ID and your pickup confirmation email (printed or on your phone).

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes — they’ll need your confirmation email and their own valid photo ID.
Note: Firearm, Ammo, and certain restricted item purchases must be picked up by the original purchaser only, with proper identification.

What if I miss my pickup window?

We’ll hold your order for 10 days. After that, it may be canceled and refunded back to the original form of payment. Refunds might not process for 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

Are all items eligible for in-store pickup?

Most are, but some items may not be eligible for in-store pickup.

Why is my order not ready for pick up?

Some items may take longer than 4 hours to process. You can always get an order status update by calling: 1-844-428-9663.

How do I return my pickup order?

Visit your local store to return or call us at 1-844-428-9663. All returns are subject to our returns policy.
